Dreadful, breakfast was so late I didn't have time for it, not the staffs fault, just the lack of them. Dirty room, torn sheets and I won't tell you what was on the spare toilet roll? Years before my company booked here and most complained. We only rebooked due to a change in the venue details, which wasn't spotted. Alledgedly? It is/was cheap though.

Don't stay here if you're planning on getting much sleep. There's an extremely loud night club opposite making it impossible to sleep until the early hours of the morning and even then the windows do a bad job of blocking out the noise of conversations and drunken shouting. Grotty hotel. Looks old, and not in a good way. Walls in the room were dirty and stained . Lots of holes in the walls, doors and wardrobe, some of which have been roughly smeared over with polyfilla and left unpainted. Other holes have just been left as they are. Lamp shades broken and look dirty, one lamp not working. Light fittings were dusty and tarnished/rusty. Downlight in ceiling looked odd with the tip of a candle lamp sticking out Our room was so small we had to squeeze between the bed and corner of bathroom to get to dressing table and windows. Bathroom tiles looked dirty and grout was mouldy. Bedside tables covered in dust. Hallway stinks of stale cigarettes. No Aircon. Our room was very hot so we asked at reception if they have any fans, the reply we got was an unhelpful "no". Tiny TV no bigger than my laptop screen. Had to get the room key reset twice. Was told by one of the maids it happens a lot. The room door was impossible to shut with out pushing it hard causing it to bang loudly. Bed sheets and towels looked clean. Carpet looked new, but was brown so hard to tell if it was clean. When we arrived we found a half empty glass of water in the bathroom, not sure if it's this hotels version of leaving a chocolate on the pillow.

Absolute disgrace of a company. I booked a 2 night stay with this hotel for next week, only to receive a voicemail yesterday saying that the hotel had to close and therefore cancelling my booking. No apology, no reason at all! I then phoned them back this morning, the girl seemed so uninterested in speaking to me, once again no apology but this time she told me that they have just received a large group booking. So, the hotel isn’t closing, they’ve just received a better offer. Terrible customer service - THIS HOTEL WILL NOT SEE YOU AS A CUSTOMER/GUEST IN THE SLIGHTEST, THEY DIDN’T CARE ABOUT ME AND THEY WONT CARE ABOUT YOU!!!! DON’T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY, THEY DESERVE TO GO UNDER!!

The place was well priced for what I needed it for, which was a one night stay. Mattress was a little more firm than I would've liked but reasonably comfortable if you use both pillows (second pillow is usually located in the wardrobe) The room I had was rather quiet which I liked. I wouldn't recommend drinking the tap water. I'd recommend bringing your own drinks if you can. Other than that, a fairly decent low budget hotel, in close proximity to the railway station.

Hotel staff were friendly and polite. The room was good value, I got what I paid for. I was able to hear another guest in the next room talking on their phone and I could hear their TV too. It was clean and in a good location. I'd suggest taking your own tea bags if you like a nice cuppa.

Customer service was dry, wasn’t terrible but there was no real personality or welcoming atmosphere on arrival. The whole hotel smelled terrible and the bathroom smelt like sewerage which actually made me feel sick. The rooms are out dated and the TV is like 10 miles away from the bed and extra small. The beds are pretty small as well. The hotel overall was dark and unwelcoming, strange vibe. Over priced for what you get. Never will stay there again.

Friendly service, lovely clean room and big bathroom, the room had tea making facilities, a television, hair dryer, comfortable beds. The bathroom came with soap and hair/body wash however if you require conditioner I would suggest bringing your own. Didn't use room service but a pleasant stay overall. Only downside is it's on a main road so can be a bit noisy outside but I didn't find this a problem personally and would recommend staying here

It's cheap, the location us good and the staff are very nice. That's about all the good things I can say. It truly is the weirdest hotel ever. Dilapidated, took ages for the basics like checking in and out. Holes in the carpet, stains (albeit small) on the bedding. It's just not nice or ran well.
