    Ordered a tyre to be fitted by their mobile service on the compaines website, phone in the morning to confirm the booking, they knew nothing about it and then said that they could not do the job. I now am left without a car and unable to book anywhere else at short notice. I will certainly never book with this company again and would advise anyone to make sure to confirm any mobile booking.

    I had my car repaired at this garage. I was told it was safe to drive but needed another part in the near future which would be quite expensive. A week later I broke down, only naturally I rang the garage that had fixed it. It was the hottest day of the year, I had my child crying in the car also my dog with me and was in a pick up truck on the way home from a holiday destination we never arrived at. I was told on the phone in an very aggressive tone that they did not have time or space to look at the car, the car either needed a new engine or I should get rid of the car as it would cost too much to repair. I was shocked at the aggression I was shown over the phone, the tone and the dismissive attitude. One star is being quite generous. Be warned!

    Called Saturday morning to ask if they could fit in a tyre and new battery, The mechanic took my number and said he would check size and price and call back within the hour, 10 minutes later called back with price told I could take it in. True to word, bang on price and time. Great customer service, would recommend and use them again. Thank you TO at ETS,Stapleford!

    Young workers are lovely, did my rear tires very well and helped me when my battery died. However, the older man who I assume to run the place, was offish from the beginning and asked me rudely what I was doing when my car did not start. When the younger worker helped with this, he was moving another car so I could reverse out and leave, when the older gentleman came out of the garage accusing me of “clanking” my gears, which it was not me but a member of staff. He was patronising, probably because I was a young female, and then told me that a member of staff would move my car for me because “the young lady kept clanking her gears”. I then had to get out of my car, feeling embarrassed, and have a staff member move it for me despite the fact I can drive my OWN car very well thank you. Although I am happy with the young men who fitted my tires for me, I felt very uncomfortable around the man so I wouldn’t really feel okay coming back here unfortunately. I don’t appreciate being patronised, I don’t feel as though I would have been if I was a male.

    Great service and trustworthy garage. Had an intermittent slow puncture on my wife's car. Spoke to these guys on the phone and they were informative and professional. They identified and rectified the issue without charging me for a new tyre. Totally recommend this garage.
