I contacted these guys regarding a problem with my car, the person who I spoke to was very rude and disgusting behaviour he put the phone down on me while I was still speaking! Wondered why they always have no cars in their workshop now you know why! Not recommended at all!!!!
After full service and MOT in this shop, I found the situation as photo. I am really worry about the level of engine oil. But I never let the shop touch my car anymore. It is terrible.

I developed a horrific noise coming from one of the wheels on my A5. I was struggling to find somewhere to diagnose it quickly and rang around a number of places. I spoke to the manager (John?) Who was friendly and reassuring and promised to take a look that afternoon... I couldnt believe it when he called back after an hour or so to tell me it was just a pebble that had worked its way inbetween the plates. Honesty means alot to me, as does friendly service. They've earned my trust and custom going forwards. Highly reccomended.

Took car in for DPF clean and recharge, the manager John called soon after drop off to explain that we had a split hose which was confirmed with the vehicle diagnostic system. DPF cancelled and new hose ordered from Ford and fitted the same day. Great honest service and a reasonable price as well. I will definitely be back to Stapleford for my future services and MOT !
