Worst place you can go for MOT. Just try to rob you. Fail my van on stiupid stuff. Van got couple issues they try to diagnose them but failed and I have to pay for that. Suggest to avoid they want your money...

I recently had my car serviced at this garage for an oil pressure issue, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From the very beginning, the team was open and honest, clearly explaining the problem and how they planned to fix it. Their communication throughout was excellent—I always felt informed and confident that my car was in good hands. A big thank you to, Matt, who was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to talk things through with me in a way I could actually understand. The ladies in the office were friendly, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. And of course, a special mention to Winston the dog! It’s rare to find a garage that combines technical expertise with such warm, genuine service. Highly recommend!
The whole experience was 10 out of 10. Debbie was lovely and kept me fully informed from start to finish and I really appreciated the transparency. My car had some serious problems and they were sorted out in the most cost effective way without compromising on quality. Michael was very nice and his son Matthew sorted the car out quickly. Really helpful, speedy and professional workmanship. My alternator died on Saturday and was ordered and replaced by Wednesday that week. Previously repaired my Aircon where other garages wanted three times £ to replace.

First time using Michael keys and will definitely use again. Once I have, I will post a more comprehensive review. Based on first impression - took car in at 10am, technician took the car around the block then straight on a ramp, diagnosed the issue and took me into the workshop to show me and explained clearly the failed part. Ordered the part and called me to collect at 4pm the same day. Fast,efficient,open and honest and good price.
