   Definitely wouldn't use this garage again, just recently had an MOT done here, the car failed and they "sorted" it all without contacting me to check whether I wanted the work done or not, they tried to charge me 2 hours labour for 2 bulbs and some brake pads, then proceeded to supply no receipts for parts bought when collecting my car & MOT certificate. Won't be using them again and wouldn't recommend them even if they paid me

   We bought a car from a dealership in Alfreton on the 11th of August 2018. Before sale they use trent valley service center for all there mot’s as was the case with our car we bought the car on the understanding that the vehicle had passed the necessary safety checks with no advisors.we have just taken the car to be re moted for the first time since trent valley past it 12 months ago and have been told that the car is a death trap due to a 8 inch x 3 inch rusty hole in the main subframe.i have had 3 mechanics look at the hole and have all confirmed that this damage must have been highly visible to trent valley 12 months ago when they last tested it. I would suggest if anyone has had a car tested by this firm to have it rechecked elsewhere for your own safety.
