Wasted my time and energy - I was told that I only have to pay a service charge. Then invited to a meeting and told that there are numerous charges. The lack of transparency and inviting me to a meeting really wasted my time and energy. If they didn’t want me why didn’t they just say it straight up. I was also told increase your hours for work like it’s easy to get a job that’s stable. Plus given all of the distressing and traumatic things I’ve been through, I’m expected to have my life together. This organisation didn’t help me at all they gave me false hope. I’m really disappointed with the service. All I needed was honesty, it’s not that hard to just reject me for housing. Asking for £1700 a month is ridiculous. What kind of place is this.
