   The reception staff at Alton cars were super helpful, always providing weekly updates on my vehicle and answering any questions I had. When I picked up my vehicle, the man who did he repairs was really friendly and talked us through what had been done. After a very stressful period with my hire vehicle, it was nice to be greeted and treated with service with a smile! 10489

   Although the car was in the garage for over two months, I was updated weekly on the repairs. This was no fault of the garage, but instead getting parts into the country due to my vehicle being imported. Im a little gutted due to the car now needing an MOT 2 days before Christmas, which may leave me stranded on Christmas due to my family / kids not living in this county. As poor timing as it is, I cannot fault the repairs and the communication from Alton Cars. Car looks great after some silly sausage crossed three lanes and collided with me on a roundabout. 10483

   The experience was made easy from start to finish and the team all seemed great, Clare and a Vicky were really helpful on the phone and a special mention to Richard Sampson for taking the time to email back and forth with me whilst I was out of the country and worrying about getting my van back. The repair took longer than initially anticipated, but don't think it was their fault. They did what could have been done and was transparent with the communications.    I was referred by my broker, took a week to collect my car! They then went on to gaslight me about the damage saying that work needed doing that didn’t need doing. As a result they grossly over estimated the work and price and as a consequence my car has been written off. This isn’t the first time , my partner waited a year for their repair which was grossly over estimated but they repaired the car, car value £2k repair £3,500!
