   Been taking our cars here for years but sadly over the last year too many things have put us off: took my car for new tyre and pressure light kept coming on so took it back, could see them fiddling with my computer and looking on YouTube what to do, ever since my pressure light is always on but tyre pressure is always fine when I check it, I think they calibrated it wrong. Our other car had problem with DPF sensor, they said they couldn’t fix it but advised us to take it to another garage to have the sensor removed which is illegal and would invalidate insurance!! Took my car for MOT, I had left the locking wheel nut in plain sight in the boot as I new I’d need a tyre replacing, when I picked car up the contents of my glove box were in the footwell, contents of my centre console strewn over the seats and contents of my boot were messed up and the shelf had been removed and not put back properly, I can only think they were looking for the locking wheel nut and ransacked my car trying to find it, complete lack of respect for personal belongings! Daughters exhaust hanging loose so took it in, they said a bracket was missing so they moved the existing one across to hold it in place, then took car back couple months later for service and asked them to put new bracket on the exhaust, when we picked it up they said “there isn’t a bracket missing so I don’t know who told you that”!! Paid £140 for service on Peugeot 108, no itemised bill when we collected it so I asked what they’d done, bare minimum- oil, air and pollen, they said different garages do different things on services. Asked them to also look at rear wiper as wasn’t working, picked up the car and the plastic cover for the wiper motor wasn’t on and was lying in the boot! Went to Formula 1, they charge £140 for a FULL service which includes a lot more than what this garage does for the same price on a ‘mid’ service. Last straw for us, so sadly our custom with them has come to an end.

   Absolutely amazing! First time driver, new to owning a car and the lads there are so helpful, went in needed a full service but my car had a bulb & electric issue too so they did it all at once - only took a few hours, competitive prices and all round made my experience so much better, 10/10! Will 100% be taking my car to them in the future too!! ☺️

   Taken car 4 mot and they could not explain damage they tried to say damage alreay there dont think so i cleaned my car day before mot and it stayed on my drive until the naxt day were i had taken here for mot obvousily bad error on my behalf would not recommend
