    The staff is excellent. I have used the services a few times. They found a nail in my rear tyre and put this on an advisory note. This is visible online to all. But I was not informed of this when I collected my car. No printout was given and this led to oversight. I could have gone on a long drive and landed in a serious flat tyre. MOT done on 27 Sept Friday.

    Been using this garage for around 10 years. For MOTs, car service and the odd time I have needed repairs ie.. new battery, oil leak and ABS failure. The guys are always professional and happy to help. If my car fails an MOT they always contact me before going ahead with any repairs needed. and always a reasonable charge. I have recommended this garage to many of my family and friends many of whom now use. keep up the good work :)

    We have been using this MOT centre for 6 years,very dissapointed and upset this time.Booked MTO and full service on 14.12,charged 280pounds for it, but said for some reason cannot pass MOT test and they were busy on that day gave next appointment on 21.12 to check again. Charged another 213 pounds to order and replace seatbelt, I asked and they said yes that is all payment including seatbelt change and MOT certificate. Next appointment was given on 04.01, seatbelt changed but said Mot test person wasnt there, asked me to drop car again today on 05.01. Paid another 40 pounds for new MOT, said as it passed 14 days since first MOT(I was never told about this rule and I never received any contract about this). I didnt hear any apologise for all of this mess and delay, all they kept saying was that they were busy, then Christmas, new year, their test mechine not working, not their fault...I paid for all they want, but this is the last time, no more using them again in the future. I mean for your reason delayed it to over 10 working days, you shouldnt make it at customer's cost. I paid full amount for full service and MOT, you didnt give a confirmed MOT fail reason on 13.12, the next appointment you gave to check again was already 8 days after...btw, we were never told have to pay another MOT test again until yesterday...

    Honest and friendly family business. Been here a few times. They would never perform unnecessary repair of your car. I have come across garages that replace/repair stuff because you ask for it or because a very minor issue which can give them profit. Not here at this garage, Darren will explain why things need to or don't need to fixing. Reasonable charge for parts and labour. Genuine people doing honest business. My go to garage for any problem unless they are fully book (can be fully book for a while, which is good for them having many customers in need of their services).

    An excellent and professional service is only what you will receive here. I had to have an MOT along with 2 tyres, I normally buy Michelins. But after talking to the chaps there and letting them know that due to Covid my driving has greatly reduced, they recommended not to buy such an expensive tyre, especially Michelin as they start to crack and wear on the side wall if not used so much. Therefore they recommend a very good mid range tyre for half the price of my normal ones. I thought this to be tremendous customer service in looking after me and saving me a pretty penny.
