Easy browsing and ordering online via the website. Product was cheaper than other high street rivals. Only problem they gave me one item and not the bundle I ordered. They were very apologetic went I raised the issue and it was resolved instantly.
Total waste of a shop. They hold no stock, everything has to be ordered in, which means the whole point of using Halfords on a Sunday is removed. Have radios on show - great, just wait 10 days for delivery. Ok, I’ll just spend it online with others if I have to wait that long.
Staff very friendly. Nothing was a problem. Easy to ask questions even though you may think their silly or stupid questions. Staff very professional and very knowledgeable
Pulled in today on a busy Saturday with a non-working taillight, break light and side light on my van. Mark an absolute legend, got it done in no time and was full of information. Top class guy and service.
Great service from Matthew and the team at the Bangor NI store. Minutss before closing time they had a surge of last minute customers (including me) - all dealt with patietly and professionally. Great customer service.

Called into Halfords tonight on the way home from my Father's Funeral as my nearside headlight had gone out.. Purchased two new bulbs to keep light the same and decided to let them fit as had been a stressful day only to be told that there must be another fault as light still not working and I would be better taking car to Agnew's.. On arriving home I had my mechanic who livesnearby check it out only to be told that there was nothing wrong with the car and the wrong bulb had been replaced
Fantastic service. Very quick fitting of bulbs and wipers from a very helpful team. Highly recommended. I’ll won’t heat it ate using this branch again.
Excellent customer service- called in tonight to get a replacement headlight bulb fitted. Staff were quick to assist , very pleasant and even got me £5 off :)
Just been in to Halfords. Bought wrong windscreen wipers. Daiva my assistant was wonderful, changed the wipers, discounted helped me with my phone and fitted the wipers! Honestly 10/10 for her and Halfords. Thank you.
