   We have had an outstanding experience with Your Move. Rory was very helpful and explained everything when we put our house up for sale, he’s a lovely man. Bhav and Surj have been absolutely fabulous. Always there to guide you, they keep you informed by phone and email, any questions you have they advise you very well . They service they have provided has been wonderful. What I would say is don’t use their recommended solicitors, AWFUL! Too far away, use a local firm. I would fully recommend Your Move , Bhav went above and beyond to help us out. I wish everyone at Your Move the best for the future. You have been 5⭐️.    I’ve been very pleased with the tenant sourcing service provided by Martin from Your Move. Martin and the team consistently do their best to find suitable tenants for my rental property, and the process has been smooth and professional from start to finish. They handle everything—from advertising the property and conducting viewings to carrying out thorough reference checks and drawing up the tenancy agreement. I’ve found their marketing to be effective, with minimal void periods between tenancies. They keep me well informed with the progress of my property via emails and follow up calls. Overall, it’s been a hassle-free experience, and I feel confident knowing my property is in good hands when it comes to finding the right tenants.

   After a bit of a rocky start with valuation figures and a period of time spent going back and forth between various sale methods, we got there in the end! I initially dealt with Rory, who advised me of the process for selling my house, and answered any questions I had. He was very patient and understanding of our situation, even when things got a little frustrating; he remained professional and courteous at all times. However, the star of the show was Surj! She went above and beyond what I would have expected, even going as far as to do my solicitor's job!! She kept me in the loop with everything and didn't once complain about the abundance of emails I kept sending. I had regular calls and emails keeping us up to date from start to finish. Thank you!

   Your Move was an excellent estate agency during the process of us buying the bungalow in Wolverhampton. Both Roy and Surjit were good at helping us through the purchase of the property. Surjit gave us helpful advice and reassured my sister through all the steps of the buying process even though when the vendor was not wanting to provide us with extra information we needed. The vendor did not want to bring the price down when we requested it as the house survey revealed some work which were costing us quite a bit. Surjit supported us and gave us reassurance.

   Martin and the Team at Wolverhampton took on the management of my property from another agent who was performing poorly. I was very impressed from day one. The transition was smooth, both from my point of view and the tenant. Martin is very hands on, and always makes time in a busy schedule to address any issues or concerns. The branch handled a change of tenant exceeding well, I appreciated the level of detail I was given by him on the all the applicants, and involvement. Whereas in some ways the processes and procedures at YourMove head office are a little cumbersome, Martin and the Team at Wolverhampton are extremely responsive and will address problems quickly and effectively. A special shout out also for Nyae, who I have had most contact with in addition to Martin, and is often your first point of contact when you phone in.
