Dropped by on a Sunday morning after a dog walk. The staff were really friendly, happy and smiley! We felt very welcome, as did our puppy. Lovely, tasty coffee, just wish we hadn’t already had breakfast (the croissants looked delicious).
I attended the Home Barista Masterclass today & can thoroughly recommend it! The course tutor was so knowledgeable, patient & helpful & I really feel that I’ve learnt a lot about coffee making. Owens coffee is also fabulous & is now my ‘go to’ brand. Thanks for a great experience! A+
I bought coffee beans from Rwanda for the first time here and I have been very impressed by the service and above quality of the coffee. I really like Rwandan coffee and this does not disappoint. I will definitely return to buy more. They are well worth the money. Keep up the good work.
Absolute top-tier coffee. Have used them on and off for a few years now. Not sure why we ever stopped as the service and coffee is excellent. Really great range of organic coffee beans delivered to your door! The new Coast coffee is 10/10 and replaced as our favour to Baya (still a solid coffee though). Most recently had an issue with our subscription (due to Shopify messing with the cards) had to call them to sort and both the women I spoke with were really helpful. Got it sorted quickly and send the beans the next day. Great that it is roasted in the UK and seems that we get deliveries close the roast date for added freshness! 100% worth giving them a try, I think they sell a exploring/tasting pack (or used to)
Amazing coffee okay you may be ablwe to buy cheaper however it will not be fairtrade, you will not know its history and i bet it will not taste as good. Plus you get excellent service form Owens. Great website easy to navigate and to order and having tried Jabulani coffee I have now sorted out a subscription which brings down the price but not the flavour. So pleased our daughter who lives in Plymouth told us about your coffee .. looking forward to our next delivery.
Poor service, lady on phone was not willing to help at all, if you are thinking of calling owens for a fault with a machine don’t bother wasting your time. 20/10/2022 machine in question was not what I would call a domestic machine, (it's in a shop making over 30 coffees a day) I was willing to purchase new machine if this couldn't be fixed but the response and vibe which I got from the person on the telephone was that I was too small for you guys to help which seems odd from what you call yourself a "small company" as theses are the companies that normally go the extra mile hence why I phoned you and not some big shot company.
Quite a surprise find in what is really the middle of nowhere. Lovely to meet staff who are knowledgeable about the products they are selling. The young lady from New Zealand who we met today had also travelled to Thailand and tasted Thai coffee beans. We were so impressed with her knowledge and friendliness that we bought some coffee from her.
