   This is not a service, this is a disgrace. Unethical. They would deserve 0*, but 1* is the minimum. This is for the following reasons: 1. I had a broken bearing in the offside front wheel which made too much noise and wanted to get it replaced. I called the garage for an appointment, I asked for an appointment on any of my day-offs as I work at nights and I would need some rest between shifts. The call handler lady was initially misunderstanding the date and after that she was not willing to give me anything 3 weeks ahead, she insisted on a date one week after the call. I agreed, but asked them to finish the car by 2 p.m. as it will be needed to go to work, I highlighted to them, that this factor is vital and they confirmed that they will definietly get it done by 14:00 by the latest. 2. My wife helped me out on that, she brought the car to them at the appointment, which was 08:00, so I could sleep, but instead of telling how much it will cost, they asked to leave the car there and they would call for a quote later. At this point my wife also reminded them that we will need the bearing change to be done by 14:00. Later the lady called her and said that the car will not be ready by 14:00 (literally the only factor we asked for since a week) and she "can not" even give a quote as the car has "dozens of other problems" (with fresh MOT btw.). My wife reminded her that we only asked them to get the bearing fixed, but the receptionist lady insisted to carry out other works we did not asked for. "We need to repair everything" she insisted, thus she also insisted not to give the car back by the deadline we agreed upon several times. That means they were A) not respecting the time frame we agreed on a week ago to fix one specific problem B) they were going to arbitrarily give themselves unnecessary jobs what we do not need from them so they can keep the car in their garage longer and collect even more money. Outrageous. My wife had to take the car back and we have to take it elsewhere, where they do not violate what we previously agreed on, especially when time frame is such an important factor in the equatiton (which time frame was highlighted and agreed upon every contact) and where they do not try to dish out extra unnecessary and/or not urgent jobs for themselves driven by greediness. This is not a service, this is a disgrace.
