I wish i could give them -0star..they dont deposit your deposit in scheme..tenant please be careful they charge you extra while lanlord unaware of this charges..they are thief!!!!
Do not use this company if you are a landlord wanting to let a property!!! We have had to instruct solicitors! Poor/No Mgmt. and negligence on basic duties! No/late rent! No regular inspections to help maintain and repair resulting to higher replacement costs! Not even on top of eviction notice served so now having to serve another one via our solicitors! Nightmare! AVOID! Bunch of muppets happy to take your money but not to do the work !
Even one star is very generous for this place. I honestly can't figure out how this unbelievably inept company is still in business. If you hate money use their services, everyone else avoid this place like.

They do not tell you when letting a property there are problems with getting heating hot water and lighting.basic needs I would have thought.is this illegal practice.have to find out about this one
