Really disappointed. Been using them for years but this is how I received a pair of shortened trousers today. Really sloppy, I could have done it at home to that standard.
I've used Five Elms for about 2 years now and I would definitely recommend. Excellent service including free pickup and drop off and great at communicating with their customers. My dry cleaning and laundry always comes back done at a high standard.
Great quality and very quick service, left my jackets on Thursday, were supposed to be done for Saturday 12pm but received the text on Friday 8:30am that they were already ready for pick-up. Paid £5.50 per item, happy with the price. Will use in the future.
I cannot fault the service the lady in the shop was lovely and when the quilt was picked up for me it was presented in a lovely bag which I will store the quilt in during the summer months. Fantastic shop really pleased
