   Over charged for what I received, which was not what I ordered. Apparently asking for a large (venti) caramel latte with an extra shot is a medium (grande) caramel latte without the extra shot and with a cookie crumble topping? I'm allergic to that topping. Not to mention I waited best part of 10 minutes in a drive thru with only one car in front of me for this. I'll be going to Costa from now on.

   Haven’t visited Starbucks for several months because I felt the standard of cleanliness and tidiness had gone down. Not much difference today, tables were dirty and not cleared. We moved From a table as it was cold, the Aircon was on, but the temperature was only 15. Can’t understand. Music louder than normal, not as cozy as it used to be. May pop back in a few months to see if it has changed no more than 15 people in Starbucks so I believe stuff should’ve come out and clean the tables

   Good all-round Starbucks. Generally clean and tidy. Not too busy. This is our regularly stop for a reason. Great location too, within walking distance of Derriford hospital. If you’re ordering on the app, make sure to remind them you’re standing and waiting, as they often set it aside and forget to serve it.

   The staff here this morning (3am on 17th June) were lovely. They took pity on a poor, tired, out of area ambulance crew and served us flat whites and cappuccinos with a warm welcome.

   What a lovely Starbucks, the interior design is light and fresh, the location is perfect for us healthcare professionals. The staff have a great hustle within the store making sure customers get their drink within a timely manner. This is a reflection to the store manager as she is seen to build the staff morale, is very friendly and runs the store to a high standard. The product quality is 5 star. Great wheelchair accessibility
