The staff here were so helpful. I had my granddaughter who is in a wheelchair. We popped into this costa at Derriford hospital for a hot chocolate after hydrotherapy. Nothing was too much trouble from waiting on us to opening/closing the door. So friendly and welcoming
Costa Derriford late afternoon. Water offered for dog and even brought my sandwich over. Lovely staff.
Despite it being a quiet time, the tables weren’t cleared promptly. Also the new electronic menus take for ever to auto scroll whilst 2 of the 3 screens are used for advertising. I’m only using this outlet as there is no other choice near by. I also resent paying inflated prices to a franchise now owned by Coca-cola.

Staff look as though they've seen better days but nethertheless the drinks are great. Just would be nice to see some happier faces behind the counter.
Same as other costas. Quant lil corner, very nice looking, but very noisy from the machines. The drinks are nice, but I never buy thr cakes anymore. Always thought it was me going on a bad day when thr cakes have been left out a while, but they are always cold and a bit stale, can't eat it after a bite.
