You have to wait for over 10 minutes before you can order. Than, you have to wait for another 10 minutes to receive a cappuccino which was the worst I’ve ever drunk. Let alone, I didn’t finish it. I really tried but it really tasted like an ashtray. Sorry, but they won’t see me again here.
Just arrived in the morning and got a hot chocolate, staff were so friendly and even left a little more on the cup " you're a star :) " what a lush start to the day, thanks girls x
Opening times are wrong. They open at 07.30! I get my morning coffee here before going to work, and I get the 7.54 bus! Closing times are also wrong. They close at 18.00 Their idea of the "get a coloured stick, pay 50p, and get a hot drink" it's amazing!!
Staff are lovely and provide good customer service, however every time I come my order isn’t right. Every time, our drinks are over filled and sticky. I’m not usually one to complain at all, but it’s every time I’ve been. Others around us had other people’s orders but due to it being busy and one stating they didn’t have the time, we just accepted.
Clean premises. A bit of a queue but not long wait. Very friendly and polite staff. Was made to feel welcome and that's rare in any chain of business.
Quick service, decent coffee. Only watch out is their WiFi is down so you can't access your Costa Club, no unable to collect beans not redeem your offers.
I love all Costa’s, but the Drake Circus Shopping Centre is very especial and favourite to me, the staff are very friendly and they gives you a positive energy, thank you!
Clearly this is a store that needs improving. Staff were asked a question at the till for an order, it was acknowledged but the barista ignored and made it anyway. On questioning they said they can't adapt orders. Then when the order arrived, it was like being served a whisky in a wild West saloon. The orders were slid, at speed, down the counter and if you weren't switched on, one could only imagine the clear up. Awful service.
Good coffee, average waiting time is probably around 10 minutes. Offers some sweet and savoury options, but not a restaurant as such. Seasonal coffee's always available. Seating is limited but there are both couches and tables. It's all in closed to no natural lighting. Also has a restroom available.
