   Dentist has cancelled my appointment and pushed it back 3 times since March this year. Rang August to make an appointment only to be told they only have availability in November so I took that appointment only for that to be cancelled 3 days before I’m due to go so they’ve dıcked about 4 times and when I rang up the receptionist who was rude unhelpful putting the phone down on me. Would you not be pissed off being messed around this much?

   I booked and paid £100 in advance for an Air Flow Hygienist Appointment at My Dentist Cotgrave. Only after my appointment was I informed that the equipment had been broken for weeks, meaning the service I had paid for could never be delivered. I received a shortened, incomplete clean lasting about 10 minutes, with visible stains left behind. Despite this, the practice has refused to refund the £100 I paid, insisting on only a £30 partial refund — even though I did not book or agree to a different treatment. This is misleading advertising and poor customer service. Patients should be aware that the advertised service may not be available, and refunds are not fairly handled. 19.9.25 - Following further correspondence, My Dentist Cotgrave have now reimbursed me in full. I appreciate that this has been resolved, although it did take persistence to achieve a fair outcome.

   My dentist Cancelled my appointment, now have to wait another month. And that's only because there was a cancellation otherwise I'd have to wait 3 months. How can a dentist cancel an appointment after 5 months of waiting, stating they are at capacity. The appointment date was made with plenty of time and availability but cancelled anyway. So whats the point of making an appointment in the first place. Don't make sense yet advertising they can take more patients. Clearly not. Unfortunately as dentist are hard to come by I have no choice but to wait. And ill be charged a small fortune too as there's no other options.

   Start off by saying I'm terrified of going to the dentist.. But the service I have received at my dentist cotgrave has been amazing. I have been having some trouble with a said tooth, had few visits over few months.. Manu my dentist was great in getting to the bottom of the problem with the help of Jane ..there compassion was much felt and reassured me through out my visit.. can't thank the whole team enough.. thank you

   From the moment I stepped through the door to the moment I left my experience was incredible. The receptionist was warm, welcoming and bright, an absolute pleasure to converse with. I have struggled with my teeth for as long as I can remember and through bad experiences I haven’t visited the dentist as much as I should have, this left me with a lot of decay. One of which was on my front tooth which meant for 2 years I didn’t smile in front of anyone. Today Sam and his wonderful dental nurse changed that, they made me feel comfortable, safe and in great hands. Sam took the time to fix as much as he could so that I didn’t have to keep returning for more work than necessary and that included the front tooth I have spent so long being embarrassed of. I have never felt more at ease in a dental chair and thanks to the phenomenal staff I have now got my smile back! I couldn’t be happier with the service and the work done. Thank you all so much for putting a smile back on my face!
