I have used this dental practice since it started in 1990 and have remained as a patient ever since. I was concerned when the previous owner sold it but have been more than impressed by Diogo Ribeiro and his assistant on the many occasions I have required his expertise for my rapidly ageing teeth.
I cannot recommend Dr M Nasser highly enough. As someone with anxiety and ASD, I often find dental visits overwhelming, but Dr Nasser has been incredibly patient and understanding. He is extremely careful and thorough, and his dentistry work is by far the best I’ve ever experienced. Dr Nasser is not your typical dentist—he has a unique ability to make you feel relaxed and at ease, talking you through each step of the treatment in a calm and reassuring manner. A special mention also to Milena (Millie) at the front of house, who has always been so welcoming and efficient in organising appointments. Her friendly nature and excellent customer service make a real difference. This practice is truly fortunate to have such a fantastic team! Thanks Rob
I don't usually write reviews but my experience today was nothing short of brilliant. Very friendly and professional staff and put you at ease, especially with me having bad experiences in the past with other dentists throughout my life and being slightly nervous. My first appointment a week ago with Scott went really well. He was very informative, friendly and accommodated my needs last minute with my treatment at short notice. He went the extra mile with sourcing another dentist for specialist treatment I needed. Today I met Peter who was to carry out that specialist treatment for me. Once again very friendly, professional, gave sound advice, and also went the extra mile which was very much appreciated. Couldn't have asked for a better service. Recently registered with the practice after being too scared to go to a dentist for over 10 years. From the very first phone call to my most recent visit, everyone in the practice has been friendly, reassuring and most importantly made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Dr. Nasser is nothing short of fantastic and made me feel at ease during every appointment. The ladies on reception and the Dental Nurses are very friendly and polite and nothing is too much trouble. I highly recommend this practice for professional and friendly dental treatment; a credit to the profession.
After being left in pain and discomfort after incomplete treatment at another practice, i was recommended Sam at Compton Acres. Sam was happy to fit me in between appointments and made me feel at ease. Sam took time to ensure my treatment was complete i felt relieved and reassured on leaving. Im extremely happy with his job, hes professional and caring dentist. Highly recommended. Thank you so much, i wish every dentist was like you.
If there was an option for no stars, I would happily opt for that rating. Paul really is the most hostile unfriendly strangest dentist I've met. Manners and a welcoming personality go a long way.you It's not only whether dentist can carry out the work, it's equally important that the dentist is approachable and the patient feels comfortable enough to ask questions. Paul seems to get upset and irritated easily when asked a normal question..that's a red flag for me! Surely asking questions irons out any uncertainty and gives a patient the confidence to proceed with potential treatment. This man in my experience was downright rude.never again.
Rude unfriendly dentist! Oh wow. I chose to visit Paul there who has a lovely smiley pic on the website,sadly his face when you enter the room is far from friendly! He didn’t say Hello, nothing. When I was explaining my situation, he doesn’t even give any eye contact AT ALL. None. He seems disinterested, arrogant & appears to not listen to what you are saying. Very rude manner & basically doesn’t like it if you ask questions. Really weird atmosphere with him. My experience was of a terrible impression from Paul, I don’t think I’ve ever met such an unfriendly hard to speak to dentist in my life. If you are nervous, want to questions about treatment & need putting at ease, this guy is NOT for you. Trust me. It doesn’t matter how nicely I spoke to him, how polite I was, he came across as RUDE.. The receptionist Milly is pretty odd on the phone too. Sarcastic & rude. What the heck! Total No from me. Sorry but I’ll tell it exactly as I found it. Wish I had read the reviews about Paul before I went there.
