    The reception team were very sympathetic to my stressful situation and very accommodating making sure I was able to have an emergency appointment on the same day. Sandeep the dentist was amazing when I presented with a snapped crown just before Christmas.     I’m a very nervous dental patient and I had to go in for a wisdom tooth removal. I was treated with sympathy and my concerns were listened to.     Excellent service, from reception and dental staff alike. First time at BDC and I was impressed by the thoroughness of my check-up and dental scaling. Procedures and prices were fully explained. Had to wait 15 minutes (not unusual in medical surgeries!) but I was then in the chair for almost 1.5 hours, which suggests to me that thoroughness of treatment at the Clinic is paramount.
