   I had a very disappointing experience with Network Dry Cleaning. I bring in a pair of jeans to be shortened and narrowed and not only did it take them two full weeks to complete such a simple alteration, but they also failed to give me a price beforehand. When they finally called to say the jeans were ready, I asked for the cost, and they simply didn’t respond. When I went to pick them up, I was shocked to see the total was £64. That price is far too high for basic alterations, so I refused to pay. On top of everything, they don’t even take measurements in the shop — they send you to someone’s house instead, which feels completely unprofessional. Overall, I would not recommend this place at all. My experience was slow, unclear, overpriced, and inconvenient.

   Very disappointing. I've been a regular customer over many years. Expensive dress and linen suit were returned heavily stained and was informed that these were food stains and not the fault of the cleaner. Despite the stains being identical in colour and appearance on 2 different garments and - in the case of the dress - even inside the hidden pockets, Network refused to admit the possibility the fault lay with them. Will never use again

   I recently used Network Dry Cleaners and was extremely disappointed with the experience. On Monday morning, I dropped off two suits and paid extra for express service, expecting them to be ready by Wednesday. At no point during drop-off was I informed that certain issues, such as stubborn marks, "cannot be rushed." When I arrived to collect my suits, I was told that one of the suits still had a mark on it, and I was informed that this issue "cannot be rushed." This was incredibly frustrating, as I paid a premium for a service that was not delivered as promised. I expected my suits to be cleaned thoroughly and ready on time, but instead, I received a very poor result. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied. As a customer, I expect businesses to honor their commitments, especially when additional fees are involved. Unfortunately, due to this poor service, I will no longer be using Network Dy Cleaners and will be taking my business elsewhere.

   I was looking for an appropriate dry cleaner to sort my favourite North Face jacket as I got some spray paint on it at work and it also just needed an overall clean, super glad that NDC is the place that caught my eye. They were very responsive on email, very helpful, offered a good price and included collection and delivery. Will defiantly be providing them with more business down the line.

   Sorry to buck the trend of great reviews but after paying £38 for a repair of the elastic and clean of my ‘designer’ jacket (that is what it was described as on the receipt) the results were far from impressive-see pics. Reply to shop's response - Hi again guys, no it definitely was your shop. You are next door Budgeons and have lots of duvets wrapped up ready for collection on the right hand side on the floor as you enter. Your counter is at the rear of the shop and if i remember correctly, there is an alterations lady on the left as you walk in. My account on your system is in my partner's name. Anyway, i'm sure it was just a one off but it did disappoint me a bit when i unwrapped my jacket.
