If you want a dentist that genuinely cares then Liz is the person I've been at this practice for quite a few years now and I'm always well looked after when I've had tooth pain needed emergency appointments etc Liz is brilliant with my children aswell super understanding with their needs.
This is the best dentist I have ever had.Liz and her wonderful team are totally professional, caring considered in there manner,attention to detail and approach to each individual. They are so good with my special needs children, they go above and beyond to accommodate their needs. With a relaxed flexible approach. Highly recommended.
I needed to leave this here as I'm over the moon with how you guys have been over the past week, so I had a dental problem which unfortunately they wasn't able to help with due to the current situation but my god did they send me on the right path, they contacted dentists for me to see who could accept me loop they sent referals through they chased these up, they contact me daily to see how I was coping with the pain and keeping me updated, they gave me so much support I couldn't be more impressed I highly very highly recommend this dentist, I'm new to the area and definitely will be registering myself ones this is all over, if I knew the names of the lovely lady's that have been keeping me helping me ide love to thank them all so much! Also to add I did loose my rag a few times which I apologise for, and still they stayed so professional and carried on with the help after the way I spoke to them just amazing

Had an appointment today with my children at 10.30 told me the appointment was at 10.05 which it wasn't! So said they'd only see 1 of us , as I was the one in need for treatment I said I would be seen for them to say theu wouldnt see me only one if my daughter's! Why I dont know !! I told them the appointment was originally for me as I'd been waiting a month for the appointment in the first place ! They wasn't 1 person waiting to been seen so wasn't like they was even busy ! Plus I was 10 minutes early for my appointment ! I told them ill just go to a different dentist instead as they was just so rude and unprofessional in the way they handled the situation! So she just smiled sacasticly and said that's absolutely fine!
The worst practice !! This dental cancelled on me numerous times, and on two occasions didn't even call waited until I was there! Which is an massive inconvenience with a young baby that needs to watched!! Last time I went they didn't have enough time and told me they would call. Which they never! I ended up calling them back for them to say am on my last strike! Since I had cancelled once due to my baby being sick, and was five minutes late once which I had the courtesy to call and let them know, unlike them which on my first appointment was sat waiting for over an hour with my baby to be told they can't do the work as I had him with me, understandable but have some decently! I feel like they have too much work so found a better practice, I advise not to go here time wasters !!
Having called my dentist to find out i hadn't been since 2010 and was no longer registered i was advised to call 111 in which the very helpful lady on the end of the phone gave me several numbers of dentist's who were taking on patients, My 1st choice was Oradent due to me only living in Heanor, I called them at 9.40am explained that i was in agony and needed to register which them as a new patient, they booked me in for 11am the same day in which i was prescribed antibiotics due to a nasty abscess, all i can say about this dentist is that they are extremely friendly and efficient and to be honest my old dentist did me a favor with not having any more spaces as these guy are amazing :)
