Kind, gentle and understanding dentist. Also very skilled and efficient. Reception staff also knowledgeable and friendly.

They cancelled us twice and then deregistered our family for not attending in the allowed time-scale ( we have two children aged 7 and 11). They did not admit an error had occurred and the very rude receptionist hung the phone up on us twice. I remained very polite considering it was their error. We were with them for 16 years. We have never had any issues with the dentists. They are really nice and professional, as are the hygienists. Today unfortunately, the receptionist was very rude, I asked for a call back from a senior member of staff and she put the phone down. I called back thinking the line dropped out to be told; “I was finished with the conversation, so I hung up”. Then she hung up again!!. We have never experienced such poor customer service . After 16 years I would have expected better and a tad more respect. Incredibly disappointed.
Absolutely first class service. Had a front tooth filling yesterday. The finish was excellent. He levelled the tooth next to it (which was chipped) and I have a brilliant smile now! So, thank you Kevin and staff.
Went for a routine check up today. I saw Ken Green for the 1st time.I mentioned I had a sensitive tooth. He found the problem and replaced an old filling there and then. Half an hour all In and no problem. Thank you

Had a call this morning cancelling my appointment for this afternoon which is fine then to be told my new appointment is just over 2 months away. They do t send text messages or reminders. I'm going to look for a new dentist.
They gave me and my 2 children and appointment to register, cancelled and rebooked right after lockdown essentially cancelling the new appointment immediately and have refused for the past 2 years to give me and my children a new appointment. I understand this has been a difficult time for everyone but I feel at this point with the sarcastic receptionists that it just isn't good enough!
First time visiting dentist in years as I’m really scared, I had chipped my front tooth and thought it would never look the same again, I registered with reception they were really friendly and pleasent and got an appointment within the month, I am registered under Claire Bevan and she was brilliant and so was her dental nurse they made me feel at ease and explained everything to me I had to have 3 fillings and although it wasn’t pleasent was not half as bad as I feared it would be, My front tooth looks as good as new which I never thought it would. I can’t say I’m no longer scared, no one likes the dentist. I have already recommended this practice to one of my colleagues who is now registered there. And is as pleased as me with the treatment she got.
