    When my car first broke down, the team were amazing at diagnosing it, however they didn’t have any availability for six weeks; I booked in with them, and was without a car for six weeks (a 10 mile round trip, walking to work!). On the day of my car being fixed, I turned up and waited 30 mins past the opening times with no one turning up. I continued to call and still nothing all day. The following day, the same thing happened. Luckily I managed to find another garage whom fitted me in within a week and provided a fantastic service. I left a fair few voicemails, and still a month later, no response from Japuro. Absolutely dreadful, and I feel like a fool for booking and waiting for them for six weeks- should’ve just gone somewhere else.
