   I have to say RPM Auto Centre are real professionals. I left my car for fixing a few things and they have make a very good work with it. Very good comunication during the fix and very proactive looking for solutions. From now on this is my mechanic in Belfast no need to look for another one. I totally recommend them. Thanks!

   Outstanding. I spent the morning calling mechanics and after telling them what I needed done they all told me it would be a while before they could see me. All I needed was a simple sensor swapped out for a new one which I had on me ready to go. I knew it was a simple quick fix I could have done myself except I didn't trust me Jack stands enough to crawl under the car. Anyway everyone I spoke to tried to tell me it would take anything from a few hours to a days work. I knew they were all trying it on. I arrived at rpm motor center and was seen right away. The guy was some in 10 minutes. They could have charged me for the first hour at an hourly rate as you would expect but he took a lot less in my opinion. Basically it cost me the price of a lunch. Outstanding service, clearly didn't try to get their arm in when it came to price. This will be my first stop in future. Cheers.

   STAY AWAY FROM THESE COWBOYS (considering lawsuit) We've been loyal customers, bringing two cars for minor repairs over the years. However, our recent experiences have been shockingly poor. Initially, a straightforward oil change was done, but they failed to reset the car's computer. The most distressing issue was with our other car's ABS sensor fault. Despite multiple visits, promises, and even additional charges, the garage couldn't resolve the problem. They even admitted to breaking a newly replaced sensor. The lack of organization is evident – from a filthy office space to the inability to locate paperwork, unattended phone lines, and an elusive manager. To add insult to injury, our white leather car interior was returned smeared and soiled. After expressing our concerns, an employee dismissively told us to just take our car back. We're now £400 out of pocket, with the car in a worse state than before. We're seeking advice from another garage and considering legal action. Beware of this place!

   I didn't find these guys honest or knowledgeable. Communication is misleading. I was charged £140 to delete the codes for a faulty light in the dashboard. The light came back within 10 min of receiving the car. I took the car elsewhere who done that for free. Customer service is poor. I requested a refund and have been ignored since June.

   Waist of time and money. I fail mot test and bring it this garage. Not much was to fix. Two minor things, plus take an old towbar and fix ABS light. It took them two weeks to "fix" it. However, I still fail an mot test, cuz abs light was not on at all. I brought it back to the garage, they was keeping it for another two weeks, charge me again, but the abs light still not fixed. 4 weeks and no results. I took it to another garage and showed him an recite, he said that price they charged is very high, £60 pounds to remove towbar, which they never give me back,(I ask them to put it at the back of my van) £40 pounds for diagnostic (plug computer to the car) charge me twice. Repair abs problem £60 (which never was fixed) fit one new wiper £30, fit new abs sensor part £40 atc. Disappointed and will never go back there again

   Really disappointing experience. Went here for a change but never again. Paid over £200 for my car to FAIL it’s MOT. I specifically asked if it was MOT ready and was told yes it was. How annoying for it then to fail and now having to fork out more money for a re test and more work to be completed on it. AVOID!!!

   Avoid at all costs. My sons car has been here on 4 occasions from Christmas they always have a reason for you to return your car for further work. Recently left it in as a break down always told they will contact you before work is carried out which is never the case, always change initial quote given. Whilst in mot check was supposed to be carried out which wasn't, was told to leave the car with them for a further day so this could be done, which we did, on collection was told they didn't get round to doing the mot check to bring it back, of course we couldn't as mot was already booked (they were told this when car was left in) so of course the car failed mot. We now have the car at another garage. This place has had the guts of £700 off my 18 year old son and his car is still not sorted. Always prolonging out the work needed. The staff seem friendly but the owner Jackie is the rudest individual I have came across from a business owner. The quote they gave for the latest repair was a complete rip off compared to the garage it is now in. Could kick myself for allowing my son to spend so much on repairs at this place. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.. BECAUSE IT WILL COST YOU!

   Terrible customer service. Got the job done quickly but when i got the bill breakdown the towing cost was £20 more than agreed. I talked to the boss on the phone about this and he was very nasty, saying "Thats the bill, and thats that!" I don't appreciate being spoken to like that. Now i have the car back and its pulling to the left so it hadn't been test driven and there is something else wrong that may be dangerous. Totally disgusting.
