   DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR HERE. UNPROFESSIONAL AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Purchased a car here and from the get go it had issues. I had to bring it in to get fixed more than 6 times over the course of the 6 month warranty. The worst thing is, each time I had to bring it in to be fixed I was met with extremely poor customer service, when I explained I was not happy with the car so far the services manager replied to my email with a totally unprofessional/argumentative attitude. I was in disbelief. Rather than helping the customer, I was met with an argumentative tone. Worst dealership I have ever dealt with.

   Great place with a great selection of vehicles. Called in on Saturday and Ricky was extremely accommodating. Nothing was too much of an ask and he was knowledgeable and helpful. Picked up my new car tonight after he arranged the finance, change of name and tax. Picked up the car fully serviced, valeted and new tyres ( none of which was requested by me) great guy and friendl, would highly recommend this place to anyone and already have! They will have my return business

   Just had Craig and his Team at Auto Q service my Audi A6 by recommendation. I have had many a car serviced but never have I been to a garage that went over and above on a service. The little extras such as a car wash, washer jets filled, extremely friendly and well priced, really makes you feel valued. Unfortunately I didn’t buy my car from them, but I can guarantee that’s where I will be going for my next one.
