Lovely friendly staff, just popped on for a coffee which was much better than the one we’d had elsewhere half an hour before, menu seemed good too

To the man with the broken leg review, A shortage of staff means they are at capacity to what chairs and tables are out. I know the staff there strive to serve 100% PS the step is in the cafe is so small you could even manage it I enjoyed my coffee !

Popped in for a spot of lunch. Didn't really expect much (wasn't sure if it would be a tourist trap) but to our surprise we had a really good lunch. Their pasties were very good. The kids had paninis which they enjoyed. Great service, recommend!

The Old Boat House is exactly as it was with a modern old world twist to it's past. Although we only had drinks, sitting by the window on the comfy settee gave us an ideal position to watch a world, inside & out, go about their business. It's ideally positioned next to the estuary and we will be back.

Visited for lunch. Quick and friendly service. Nice food. Staff were friendly dog and pre warned us if the gulls whine we were eating outside, luckily no close encounters with the gulls.

Cosy cafe near sea-front overlooking river - small inside and few tables outside - was raining so went inside after checking our little dog would be welcome - not really buggy/wheelchair accessible as not enough space - lovely hot Cornish pasty and a cuppa - cakes looked nice too - staff friendly

Very small indoor café. Seating outside but very busy as peak season. Food was cooked to order but not a long wait. Very hot and tasty. Price reflects the good food and location. Staff were lovely and friendly. Would definitely visit again if they have room for us

Have been here before. Very friendly cosy coffee shop. Nice and warm inside on a chilly day. I can HIGHLY recommend their cream tea (I had 2 fruit scones) with tea. There is a nice choice on the menu.

Excellent - what a lovely little restaurant and what stunning views - all the staff were friendly and knowledgeable - all on one level with outside eating area - a single toilet that was spotless - well worth a visit and I can thoroughly recommend the cornish pasties - please be careful of the herring gulls ***** well recommended
