   Collected the item on the 18 11 24. Arrived home to discover the doll outfit was faulty (the velcro on the back was split). Contacted customer services who requested a picture and then said I'd receive a £10 voucher via email by the end of the day to purchasea replacement outfit in store. I didn't receive it so contacted customer service a couplr of days later to be told it was awaiting authorisation and to expect it in the next 24hrs. 15 01 25 ...STILL no voucher. Contacted customer services AGAIN to be told it is still to be processed. I genuinely think they hoped I'd forget about it. Told to wait ANOTHER 24hrs to see if the voucher arrives via email.

   We bought my 6yo son a Robot Knight toy on sale at £13.33,it looked cool and said it walked, made noises and spun around. In the car the little gun broke almost instantly, my son was upset and I said I'd fix it at home, I took it from my sons hands a couple of feet above the grass and it fell. We watched it hit the GRASS and shatter like an egg. I was mortified and my son was again upset. I had to go and buy another for him only for the gun to break again. TRASH

   Lovely staff. Bright and clean. Great selection of toys and other products at various price points. Aisles are accessible to wheelchairs and prams/pushchairs, but a double wide buggy may struggle slightly due to one or two slightly tight turns.
