   Really appreciate how these lads run their business. Gareth 100% transparent with any issues the team have dealt with and always gives options with how to proceed rather than surprising me with a massive bill at the end of the job. I’ve had two different cars in with them now and the bills are always very reasonable and fully justified. Can’t recommend them enough! Cheers lads

   I’ve been using this garage for years, and they’ve always been professional, efficient, and easy to book in with. Recently had some suspension work done — after picking the car up, it didn’t feel quite right, but they were quick to stand over their work and make adjustments at no extra cost. That level of honesty and customer care is hard to find these days. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for repairs or maintenance — highly recommended!

   The difference I believe in a good mechanic and a great mechanic is how they can explain the issue in a way that is both easy to understand and in a way a that shows empathy for the situation you find yourself in and this is what you get from them. As many dread the thought of having to attend a garage I have found over the past few years of using this garage I have found it a much easier experience knowing that my car, which is vital to running of my life, is in trusted hands. The front of house are excellent and really do care about their standards and reputation. Being not from Belfast and knowing very little about cars I have enjoyed the conversations and learnt so much from them, the only reason I'm not naming names is to protect their modesty ( and they asked me not to) In this day and age we don't say enough when things are good and we need to do this more if we want to see it more. The good practice must be noticed if we are to reinforce this as the standards we wish to achieve. Thank you to all the staff. Sean.

   Absolutely brilliant service from Sterretts. I phoned up and they were able to take my car in immediately. They carried out a full MOT and service, rang to advise on some additional work (which was clearly explained and offered at an affordable price), and had the car back to me the very same day. Friendly, professional, and honest – would definitely recommend!

   I was rushing my dog to the vets in the next block when it sounded like my exhaust was about to fall off. I called past but they were very busy and I couldn't leave the car with them. I was about to leave and go somewhere else when the owner asked the mechanic to tie the exhaust up and they gave me a date to come back. Its not near to my house but there's something to be said for good service and loyalty. So they had it sorted quickly and when I went to pay they told me they were doing it free of charge. I couldn't actually believe it! Little did they know we'd nearly bankrupted ourselves to save our dog. So thank you Charlie and Gareth two thoroughly decent guys. I'm spreading the word about your business and will be back to torture you. Thanks a million

   Gareth knows great customer service and as a first time visit to Sterrets I was v pleased with the warm welcome. I dropped my car in for a service and this included some additional work which meant it ran over the weekend. Gareth give me the heads up and looked after me regarding the price. He provided a detailed breakdown and the E-receipt is very handy to have! I’d have no problem going back as they ensure your warranty is unaffected too! V positive experience.

   Brought vehicle into garage with engine issues / service light Diagnosed the problem as blocked DPF filter which wasn't getting regenerated due to short distance journeys over winter. Soaked and resolved DPF. Unfortunately another issue appeared when they tried to clear the fault which could only be repaired by the dealer requires special tools ( manufacturer gatekeeping is no fault of garage). Could not fault Gareth and his team for their honest and considerate approach. Would recommend.

   This is the second time i've used Sterretts this year, I left my car into them last week to repair a destroyed wing mirror, rather than order in a whole replacement Gareth told me rather than pay the expensive dealer replacement kit it would be better to buy it myself from a dealer on eBay and they would fit it for me. I brought it back today and the entire wing mirror was replace in a couple of hours at a very reasonable price.
