Two panels repaired after someone hit my car. The car is as good as new and the work was done for a great price. The work was also completed quickly and I found the service friendly. A good experience and I’d use A and M again.

My experience of A & M Motors back in July was brilliant. They resprayed my whole car after the original lacquer had started coming off in patches everywhere. From David’s initial quote to the finished product, the team were really friendly & pleasant to deal with & the work was very reasonably priced (half of what I’d been quoted by other companies). I was so nervous about how my car would look but I’d absolutely no need to worry – it was an excellent job. A & M clearly take pride in what they do as they went above & beyond on the whole project, tidying up a couple of little dents, cleaning the headlights, fixing the fuel door & having the car absolutely gleaming for collection. My 20+ year old car still looks brand new, 3 months on. Massive thanks to Sammy & David who happily answered my endless questions. I thoroughly recommend A & M.
The first time I went in, the apparent owner laughed and asked me to source all the parts. I spent two weeks sourcing them The garage tentatively pencilled a time in for my car but told me they needed to phone me first to confirm it as they were very busy. I received no phone call. A few weeks went by. When I phoned to find out what was going on, they told me that I was rude and that they had sold my parts as I hadn't turned up. I did not know I had an appointment time. I went back into the garage and spoke to another gentleman who was helpful. He scheduled another date for the 9th November. I also asked if I could leave my car after hours, if I could drop the keys. He said yes. I received a phone call from the garage on the 9th Nov ( morning) saying I was late. They refused to take my car and hung up on me. I had not been given a time, so confused, I went into the garage and I was told I was rude (again) and all the mechanics glared at me until I left. Do not use this garage.
If I ever hit a wall again I'll definitely bring my car back!! Amazing customer service and super understanding. Dropped the car in to get paint work done and was fixed within the same day - when I went to pick it up I could have cried, incredible work plus they went out of their way to wash and put my number plate back on!! Thank you so much!!!! Amazing service, work and price, definitely recommend!
