   Huge queue and not much movement. 20 mins after appointment before I got called but I was called ahead of others in the queue who had later appointment times. Have to stand in a plastic bike shelter waiting on the car. Not ideal in winter, in the wet, if you’re elderly or disabled. Information says to bring your V12 and your appointment letter yet they didn’t want either.

   It's poor that you still have to stand out in the freezing cold while your car is being MOT'd. If they had some sort of heating in the shelters provided, it would improve the experience.
