   I have only given one star as it doesn't allow zero. Firstly, communication is really poor. I evetually managed to book an appointment for a massage. I received a text asking for my voucher code which I sent. I booked in for 13.30. I received a text asking if I could move the appointment to 13.15. I replied saying this was fine. I turned up for my appointment to be told I wasn't booked in. She had booked someone else in the slot. I showed her my texts. She said it wasn't a confirmation. I said surely her text to me, changing my appointment from one 13.30 to 13.15 was a confirmation of the appointment. She spoke to me quite rudely and was almost making out it was my fault. Her customer service was so poor. I would absolutely not recommend using Chaya Beauty, Nottingham.

   Had a voucher as a gift for a Swedish massage, Also went back in November & booked in for a facial treatment with a back massage, felt very relaxed & felt lovely to be pampered, would return for this treatment.

   Booked a facial and massage here for myself and my mum. We both enjoyed the treatments and had a really relaxing time! Atalia was truly so lovely and kind, she put us at ease straight away and was extremely friendly. The treatments were great and I plan to come back again not just for the treatment but also because of how comfy Atalia made us feel and her personality. Thank you for the lovely time!

   Bought a Groupon voucher in February last year… still haven’t had the massage. Communication is poor, she rarely checks her emails. She offers you a date and by the time she checks her emails where I’d confirmed, the date had gone. When I emailed her to confirm to Groupon that I have not used the voucher she didn’t reply and so they will not give me a refund.

   I recently had a facial and a neck, back and shoulder massage and it was just what I needed! Atalia did a wonderful job at making me feel very comfortable and welcome! The facial was very nice and relaxing whereas the pressure and the technique of the massage were absolutely great, really lived up to the expectations! Lovely pamper deal! I would definitely recommend Chaya Beauty Studio and will come back for more treatments!
