Got me out of a sticky situation, able to get a brand new alternator next day to replace the recon ordered from another supplier that didn't work. Lots of stock helpful knowledgeable staff. And good price brand new OEM cheaper than recon.
I visited Motor Parts Direct this afternoon but left after several minutes of being TOTALLY IGNORED by a member of staff. An older man, he looked up several times and saw me standing there, but did not speak to me or acknowledge my presence in any way. Evidently, whatever was on his computer screen was far more interesting than serving a customer! Needless to say, this shop has now lost my custom, and I have given it a rating of one star because I couldn't give it none. What a way to run a business! Graham Broach
Every part i have gone in here for they dont have and dont seem to be able to get, yet i go to another parts place 5 minutes away and they have had everything i need! Wont waste my time going there again..
