This is truly one of the best garages in Plymouth for accurate and honest car diagnostics. They correctly diagnose issues without unnecessarily suggesting replacement of parts, unlike many other garages. Repairs are done properly and only when needed, which makes them very budget-friendly. The owner, Pedro, is extremely professional, friendly, and trustworthy. They use high-quality diagnostic equipment, provide genuine MOTs, and supply good-quality spare parts at reasonable prices.    I’ve been using this garage for a while now and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service. The team is professional, honest, and really knows what they’re doing. They take the time to explain any work that needs doing and never try to upsell or pressure you. The quality of the repairs and servicing is excellent, and the turnaround time is always reasonable. It’s hard to find a garage you can genuinely trust, but this is definitely one I’d highly recommend.

   Thank you WhitesAutocenter for service and M.O.T provided today as I have used in the past but previous management started to be unprofessional and very unreliable as previous owner become more money oriented and didn't care about his customers anymore so when ownership change I said lets give them a try as my M.O.T was due....and guess what service was very prompt...booking respected(never before with previous managment) and car back in no time with new M.O.T a new service and other minor repairs all in the same day!!!! In the time of previous owner will have taken weeks as they became very unprofessional and I do understand all the bad reviews....so THANK YOU AGAIN TO THE NEW TEAM AT WHITES AUTOCENTRE!!!! JUST GIVE THEM A TRY!!!

   Booked car in for Thursday morning to find rattle from suspension, car not looked at as "too busy" maybe Monday I was told. Removed car on Saturday as did not seem likely that it was a priority to get done. Owner friendly enough, but work not started. Garage area looked dirty and run down, mechanic moved floor mat aside and left oily boot prints on my cream carpets when moving car .

   Never agen I've taken my last car hear and everything went wrong with it afterwards just thought it was the car but not so sure thay kept my car saying it would be done on Saturday and thay would phone then thay come with it will be 150 pound to put my bumper back on wwhat I had done for 20 pound and 100 for an indicator what is 15pound on Ebay and the garage I've taken it to said it was ok any ways just need one screw what taken it man at my other garage all of 30 seconds and thay wanted an other 50 at white just to put one screw in outer tip off don't go there please if you like you car if you hate it take it there if you like being ripped off and the time thay crept the car for over a week saying we get it sorted wasted time to had to get time of work to get it back is there a number I can get hold of boots mine head quarters to check why I'm all off a sudden not aloud same service as other people thanks

   Absolutely amazing, emailed on the day my mot was due (it was the first one and thank goodness I checked) managed to get me in at 6am next day, all staff very friendly welcoming and helpful. Nice area to sit and wait with a drinks machine that is free. Toilets available for customers. The guys didn’t waste any time and got straight on with my car (it passed thank goodness) and I was in and out within an hour as promised. Would highly recommend, very happy customer
