    Have used this branch for years but this time probably be the last we exchanged few £thousand me and my wife and was told what you dont use we will exchange back to sterling we came back off a fantastic hoiday went back with a amount of dollars but they would not exchange as they did not have a enough sterling on site as for security reasons told me to try tomorrow or day after you in a major store with over a £100.000 on site totally dont care so keep your money and use your bank natwest who I bank with took the foreign currency and gave me sterling with a better buy back rate start looking elsewhere for hoidays now

    Took ages to speak to anyone and asked for them to get back to me in regards to holidays with disabled access. Still not heard anything. Called again, said they would get back to me. Still not heard anything.

    Service at Co-op Bilston not brilliant. Staff contradict each other. I was also forced to wait ages to buy currency when being told "someone will be with me in 2 minutes". Went to Barclays in the end.
