Just had 2 new continentals fitted by Halfords, Plympton in Plymouth. Booked and paid online and my car was taken in right on time and back with me within half and hour. Really like the touches of wrapping the steering wheel and I think gear stick along with a paper mat to prevent damage to the interior. Would definitely recommend.
Purchased online for best price locally. Great communication with local branch comfortable waiting area. Work done in time estimated, car left clean and tidy. Reception staff courteous and professional. Very pleased.
Had a 15:00 appointment which was running exactly to time, car failed its MOT and the guys were able to fix the faults and retest before the end of the day - costs were exactly as they said it would be and the job was even finished earlier than they said it would be and I was able to call round and drive away. Brilliant service.
Really easy to book in online, drop off was smooth. Quick mot and received a phone call and email to let me know the car was ready. Very pleased
Very good an efficient service from a team that is clearly working under pressure. My van failed it’s MoT and they were able to promptly repair the fault and retest so I could quickly get back to work.
Paid £162 for a specific battery (with 5 year guarantee) from Halfords website, got told that battery wasn’t available and they fitted another ‘same spec’. Got home, looked up the new battery and it was only £93. Been robbed of £69. As requested below I emailed them the details and have had no response in over a week.
The most unfriendly place I have ever had the misfortune to visit. Took my daughter here to prove to her that not all tyre places and garages are to be avoided by lone females. Unfortunately these guys just helped to enforce her fears . The most unfriendly, sarcastic and arrogant group of guys you have ever met . Even the manager joined in . No wonder the place was deserted of customers Luckily after waking out of here we found Ridgeway Tyre Centre, just up the road . A much nicer place you couldn’t hope to find .
Worst mobile fitting I have ever booked. Ordered tyres online and paid on the Monday for the tyres to be fitted 0830 Friday morning. They accepted booking and took the money straight away. Received a text message asking me to phone them regarding my fitting. Phoned them and was on hold for over 40 minutes only to be told that the fitter was on leave that week so they my tyres would not be fitted. They gave me just over 24 hours notice of this problem when they vould have told me a lot earlier. Refunds process was not sorted so I had to ring another 2 times to get the refund. They could have rang me to discuss the fitting but all they sent was a text message. Soon as they have your money they are not very helpful. Won't use them again and I would not recommend to anyone. No option of zero * so I had to put 1*.
Had tyres and tracking done by these guys. Very professional, i was asked if i was happy with the steering wheel position before they done the alignment which was a nice touch. Cleaned the tyres and rims after fitting, something alot of others dont, take note Kwikfit. All in all a very professional service.
