    The repair 100% Good nice people very helpful only thing wrong for me was NO pets in the courtesy car as I'm disabled i did line the boot took my dog to the beach/Park there was a few hairs so was charged £35 but other than that Highly recommended. THANKS Halls

    Overall happy with the repairs done on my car. It looks and runs as new. However I am marking it down because the initial repairs took a month. With Easter and a couple bank holidays in between, sure. But one month! And when I got it back they missed the chipped headlight. I took it back, they had a look, ordered a new headlight and booked me in to replace it. I think it takes a while for the parts to arrive, because today my headlight was replaced a lot quicker than expected.

    On dropping my vehicle to them for my insurance repair I asked them to put a note on the system to say I would not accept the orange peel / bad paint finish on my vehicle as I have seen some bad repairs on other vehicles. They assured me that they have quality control and it wouldn't pass this if it was like that. I was told that the repair would be completed by Friday the following week ( couple of scratches to the drivers door). Friday came and went and no car. The following week on Wednesday I was contacted to say my car was ready for collection. I asked if it was mirror smooth like the rest of the car and definitely no orange peel. They replied it's passed quality control so it's perfect. How dissatisfied was I when discovering that my car looks like a patch work quilt and looks like an orange skin on one side. They had failed the repair. The manager agreed it was not very good !! The rudest reception staff I have ever encountered and the owner Mr Hall has non existent customer service skills and is abusive and condescending and quite frankly not worth speaking to if his aggressive partner is present. I had to leave my vehicle there as they refused to return it to me until I paid my £75 excess, which my insurance company had previously paid it due to the aggravation and poor service I received from this company. As it stands they say they only use water based paint and it's never going to look the same. The excess has been sorted by my insurance company and they are still refusing to return my vehicle, apparently I should let them rectify their error. I just don't think this is going to happen. I will never forget the bad experience from this company, they will wind you up to the point you feel like you could explode and then they can just say they are refusing to deal with you. This is the underhanded tactics to cover up the fact that they can't paint cars properly. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. WORST REPAIRER IN PLYMOUTH WITH NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. They did push me to the point where I felt my voice raising and I had to remove myself from this situation created by this company. I would rather be without my car than be subjected to the mental abuse from this disgrace of a company
