    I am absolutely delighted with the service I got from Kate at her nice salon today. I moved to the area recently and was quite apprehensive about changing my stylist, however Kate took time to get to know me and to understand what I needed.     I went here in the hope of them being able to correct a dreadful haircut done at previous salon. Kate spent an hour and a half trying to make the best of it and achieved a lot. She listened to every word and did exactly as I requested and the result is a nice wearable cut, albeit a tad shorter than I’d originally wanted as the second attempt at previous salon by second hairdresser resulted in the back being butchered on one side. I’ve made a follow up appointment for my next trim with Kate. Thank you.
