After reading all the negative posts I am doing this review , I have been going to this pharmacy for a few years and I have never had any problems, the lady who serves people has always been polite and professional in my experience when going to the pharmacy
This pharmacy deserve 0 but there is no any other option to choose 1 star . I never seen this kind of service anywhere I went there 2 times and i feel sick they don't want to see anyone. And they give short date medicines which is really bad . I changed my pharmacy straight away . Never ever recommend to anyone. Please don't go there if you want save your self .
The woman working at the front desk must either be the owner or closely connected to the pharmacy, because with such an arrogant and unpleasant attitude toward customers, it’s hard to imagine anyone else keeping that job. Her behavior was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. On top of that, the general state of the pharmacy is shocking. The carpet is filthy, full of holes, and looks like it hasn’t been cleaned or replaced in decades. There are stains and watermarks all over the ceiling, which clearly hasn’t been painted in years. Paint is peeling from the walls, there are visible holes in both walls and ceiling, and cobwebs in nearly every corner. The furniture looks like it’s been sitting there untouched for 40 years. Honestly, I felt like I was somewhere in rural India, not in the UK. The overall condition of the place matches the unpleasant behavior of the front desk woman – a complete lack of care, cleanliness, or professionalism. Respect for others and pride in one's environment is something you bring from home, and sadly, in this case, it’s clear that wasn’t the case.
The lady at the front is always polite and personable. She always asks after me and my parents for whom I go. I never have any complaints they are very good.
Been using this pharmacy for years. Surprised to see all the negative reviews. The staff are friendly and professional. Treat them with respect and you get respect back. If you're impatient or rude you'll probably have a bad experience.

I really want to thank all the lady's that have gone above and beyond to help me over the last 5 years they have been so kind to me help me and sort my medication out for me this month march is a very bad time for me. And they are so understanding and very helpful I thank you all so much! Please be respectful to them and remember they are here to help you be kind nice. Thanks you lots from me.
Rudest staff ever. Went in today and the woman at the front desk didn't even bother to greet, i went to pick up a prescription at 2.30 sent by the doctor around 10 this morning and she kept saying we don't have anything here, so lazy of her. Then she let a third person in the shop even if it was 2 allowed but when i went in she just kicked me out. Very rude and unprofessional
