   Would give 0 stars if possible. Shop assistant had an attitude problem. I asked for something I had taken previously but she wouldn't allow me to have it. Wasn't interested in helping me only what she couldn't give me.

   Rang up to ask if my grandma could take a specific medication before I come and buy it explained she’s diabetic and the pharmacist said it’s fine. Go into the store served by a terrible dispenser with no tact and told no because she’s diabetic. Waste of time. Prefer to go elsewhere.

   I agree with the many reviews that point out the awful service at this branch. Literally queues out the door and loads of staff members dawdling around in the back room totally ignoring customers. Unbelievably bad.

   Went in the other day to pick up a prescription and will NEVER use this pharmacy again! RUDEST STAFF ever, large que was forming while 1 member of staff was dawdling around the shop with a customer having a chat and the 3 other members of staff ignored the que! When I was served it was with a surly face an attitude. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

   Went to this branch for the first time on 13/06/20. Walked in and there was no one at the counter. However, there were two other staff members directly above the counter. Neither of the two staff members acknowledged me. Clearly they saw me come in and waiting to be served.I was very disappointed at the fact that both staff members just ignored me. Finally, a lady appeared from a side door and i was finally served. I shall not be returning to this branch or would not recommend. I was the only customer in the store and it was not like they were rushed off their feet!!!!

   Hi Boots I would like to say a big thank you to the staff at the Trysul Road Branch, Wolverhampton. My father-in-law had an urgent prescription but the pharmacy only had one of the two items in stock. The Pharmacist, Halima, called the local branches and found where the other item could be obtained as she was uncertain when the ordered item would arrive due to the weather problems. Area Manager, Gavin O’Hanlon, who happened to be in the branch at the time, said he would go collect it for us and so the prescription was ready very quickly. The branch sent me a text advising it was ready and we then delivered it to a very relieved 89 year old. Thank you to the staff for going the extra mile on this one.    Great advise from the staff who are friendy knowledgeable about a huge array of health issues. I'm hands off regarding my medication as they order, sort and then deliver without me doing a single thing. It's amazing the amount of things they can help with. It's so much easier than having to go to the doctors who in this area you have to book 3 weeks in advance or ring in the morning (that's if you can get through to them)? It takes 15 minutes of redialling with every phone in the house landline, my mobile, my husbands mobile and If there was a 6 out of 5 I'd pick that option.
