   I cannot understand why Boots close for lunch. This is 2024...not 1954, what next half day closing on Wednesdays? Boots management really need to do better, it's not difficult to stagger lunch time staff rotas, that's basic supervision/management. I am always shocked how many customers they lose after all, many people use their lunch hours to collect their prescriptions and to shop. Boots - when are you going to join this millennia?

   Very poor service, went to pick up a prescription, it couldn’t be found despite arriving a few days previous. 7 staff members working and a long queue, seems disorganised. On a previous visit I was ignored at the till by an assistant who served the customer in front of me then returned to the pharmacy without any acknowledgment.

   Go to collect a parcel and medication at 4.55pm and the doors locked. Store is meant to close at 5pm . Medication was needed urgently.

   Want to say a big shout out to Sean Grayson from Boots Merry Hill Covid Testing Service, I arrived quite late and he stayed late himself to fulfil the test. Couldn't have gone on holiday without him!

   Boots chemist have made me ill, I have cared for my dad with dementia & diabetes for 8yrs. Boots have failed there duty to care for my dad. There supply of medication is very poor they hold very little stock. And keep you waiting weeks waiting for medication. My dad has to go without medication due to boots are unable to provide. I now will change chemists I'm so stressed and worried about the care they give it is really poor.

   I have monthly prescriptions BUT they are NEVER on time! I am always having go in to reorder and I'm always left with no medication even though THEY order on my behalf ! Absolute nightmare!The staff are lovely !! but I have NO IDEA WHY my prescriptions are never there when it's a regular prescriptions it's VERY frustrating!
