    Ridiculous, first experience with them , Very very bad , It was important medicine and I paid and went thrice for one prescription,i got next day medicine . They deserve 0star . I will never visit again.

    I am sorry to say this, but they are extremely slow, in my experience (twice) it took them more than 30mins to get one prescription ready.

    Excellent service, Mr Singh will go to any amount of trouble to sort any medical issues. It can sometimes be busy but I always come out satisfied. I travel a long way but it is worth it especially over weekends when most other pharmacies are closed. The shop is always spotlessly clean. I strongly recommend it.

    Avoid this chemist and go somewhere else if you need prescriptions as they have some how managed to deliver another patient’s medication to my elderly mother today who suffers with multiple illnesses and has vascular dementia putting the wrong label on it and my mum has taken this medication and is now in hospital been vomiting and is very confused drifting in and out of consciousness how do chemist/ pharmacist make this kind of error? Not paying attention and taking extra care with patients medication such a big mistake to make and should not have happened in the first place . I’m disgusted and very disappointed with them as this is a serious matter and definitely medical negligence my poor mother she is going through enough as it is and now this to deal with. I would recommend to avoid this pharmacy completely and use another one if possible

    Have to call them every month about a repeat script I've had for years and still they get it wrong. Have been ringing them for 4 hours today, every 5 mins, it is always engaged, don't they ever replace the reciever?. I have know idea if my script will arrive, and have none left, they are a complete waste of time.

    Service is absolutely rubbish, never have your order ready & make you wait upto 15 mins for your prescription order to get ready.

    Over-inflated prices on almost everything, eg. 1 box of paracetamol / dissolvable (accord) costs Β£6.50 The same box at Stavely Pharmacy up the road costs Β£2.50 It's your money spend it how you want but I don't like being ripped off personally.
