   Not very good customer service staff always doing other things and sometimes rude. Never pick up the phone and telephone messaging service is rubbish never see a message when to pick up my medications.

   The girls and gentleman (used to work here, not seen him in a while, Richard) have always been soo helpful since I've had my 1st born (now 2 and a half).... they have always been welcoming and happy to take time to give advice. I can't thank them enough!! Unfortunately the staff have had some unwelcome guests into the store. These so called guests thieve what they want and harass and threaten who ever is on shift. To see the heart break in the staffs eyes is such a sad thing. They are on edge everytime the door opens. I hope these nasty thieves have what's coming to them. And as for the staff, we appreciate everything you do. I hope the store doesn't have to close due to those muppets. Thank you for everything and most of all, stay safe and stay strong x

   Went to collect my prescription yesterday. Really don't know what is really going on here? Couldn't get my medication as the system was down. Been down since the morning. It was down the week before? Got no products on the shelves. A lady had been waiting 4hrs for her prescription. Shocking really. This needs looking in to, seriously.

   Staff are nice enough just the waiting times can be really long. I don't think the staff can prioritise workloads, Why should it take an hour wait to put prescription in a bag? They are obviously making prescriptions for people that are not there waiting in the queue loads of other people walking out today. Sort the people that are there first and as they walk in

   Never answer the phone! 63 times I tried to ring in and not 1 single time did they answer the phone… it rang out every time. I am a wheelchair user and housebound so my partner does all the running around and this is absolutely rubbish service, honestly Boots, this needs to be looked at, and quick.

1. The fifty plus influencer ★★☆☆☆

   The staff are pleasant and it's a nice little shop, but..... There is always a long wait involved when it comes to prescriptions, items are missing and there's plenty of wasted journeys for my old dad who has a number of medications to take daily and keep track of. Not the most helpful or convenient pharmacy IMHO.
