Google said it was open, so I turned up to find it closed for lunch. I know wombourne is a little parochial, but I thought this was the 21st century
We have a premature baby that requires 3 medicines and a certain type of formula so that he can get the nutrients he requires to get better. He has ended up in hospital 4 times and for some reason boots still can’t manage to get any of his prescriptions. To the point where we will order a week before and they still mess it up. They consistently tell me they don’t have my prescriptions, but for an ill baby, you’d think they’d be better than this.
They need to update the opening times on the boots website as well as Google. Just been to collect something and the store is closed between 1 and 2 but does not state anywhere online that they close!
Very slow service everytime I go there. Pharmacist chooses to take lunch when people are on lunch break to pop to chemist "not very practical or logical "
Great service if you are in store but they almost NEVER answer the telephone, they periodically take the phone off the hook.This has happened on MULTIPLE OCCASIONS!
I have had issues with my prescription for the past two year's. The tablets I am regularly prescribed each month are always delayed, and the Pharmacy blame the Doctors and the Doctors blame the Pharmacy. I wished they would communicate, it would make the process of collecting a prescription a lot easier.
