    My wife asked for a one off prescription from her doctor with her usual monthly prescription. Went to collect. Got served with her bag of medicines. Got home,the item just prescribed was not in the bag. She returned to the shop which is luckily around the corner to be told " oh ..you won't get that anywhere. Why wasn't I told In the first place????? Incompetence!!! Beyond comprehension!! So,to cut a long story short,my wife corresponded with her GP to get an alternative... Went to collect her new prescription two days later ... you'll never guess...got home to find the alternative medicine not in her bag and again...no explanation in the shop. This place needs investigating. Incompetence on a grand scale.

    This used to be such a good pharmacy but now I have great difficulty phoning my prescription through as no one answers. The staff are lovely and Carmel who delivers to us is wonderful. Always cheerful and kind. Is it the fact that they are very busy. I don’t want to leave a bad review because I do appreciate them but just please answer the phone.

    This place is absolutely useless. They are always late making up prescriptions and many many times they haven't got the correct medication. I am informing my GP not digitally send my prescription to these complete and utter amateurs anymore. They rely on the elderly and housebound of Featherstone for business and I expect those without transport too. If you have any sense and can go elsewhere then my advice is to do so and you may just get your correct medication on time. If more people did this then it might just dawn on them to get their act together. AMATEURS.

    Been using this pharmacy for years. Never had a problem at all with any of the staff, everyone is perfectly pleasant.

    Pharmacist is lovely, but everytime I go in the till staff are rude and unhelpful! Been in several times and each time the other staff are awful.

    ALWAYS SO HELPFULLY IN HERE NOTHING IS TO MUCH TROUBLE FOR ANY OF THEM IT'S A GREAT CHEMIST AND IF THEY HAVEN'T GOT SOMETHING THEY WI'LL ORDER IT IN OR TELL YOU WHERE TO GO AND GET IT
