   Beware they shut for an hour between 1 and 2. No warnings on website and don't answer phone calls. Woman just sat stareing at me and wouldn't even come to the door. Awful

   A small Boots chemist, having said that they stock drugs much larger chemists don't have and they have helped me out of a hole a couple of times. They have stocked drugs prescribed for me that several others chemists haven't after calls to a dozen others they have been the only chemist with the drugs I needed The staff are extremely friendly and they do go the proverbial mile for you. The pharmacist will hold drugs for you until you can get there. All in all I have to say it's 10 stars out of 10.

   Dreadful service today. I called to collect my husband’s prescription which was sent by the doctor on Tuesday. It wasn’t ready so I waited, and waited. And waited. Three other customers were served with their prescriptions and I finally, after nearly 15 minutes, spoke to the assistant. Apparently the tablets were waiting for pharmacists approval and he said he didn’t know they were there. I find that rather doubtful considering how busy they suddenly were and how many prescriptions were being submitted for approval. Very poor indeed. I’m glad I’m not ill and in desperate need.

   Claimed hadn't received prescription which was sent at 9am. Have had previous problems where they receive prescription but not dispensed and left to run out of medication

   Terrible!! Two occasions now I have ordered prescription. They failed to contact the doctor. I ran out of tablets! Placed on line order with boots to be collected from wall heath. They failed to let me know they had received it.

   Poor that they are closed 1-2pm everyday. I know it's a small branch but surely the pharmacist can cover for the cashier and vice versa or other arrangements of staggered lunches? Business's needs to be flexible. Minimal stock and expensive.
