   I dont think would go back my daughter went twice for acrylic nails both sets started to come off within 3 weeks then when paid to have removed they totally cut off all her nail growth this isn't standard practice prices also seam to be made up as they go along I myself asked for builder gel nails told me yes do them then gave me acrylic being new 2 nails I didn't realise

   1st time coming here and will be coming back. Lovely staff, very gentle and was very accurate with my inspiration picture. Also kept on asking me if they was good and the colour was fine. Lovely nail place will visit again

   I went for a pedicure and food spa treatment. I had to climb over bins of old skin and dustpans to my Chair which I don't usually care about I mean they're messy there anyway but lovely people. I had foot spa all was fine before my nails they asked me what I want I said french tip and shown the man. He said fine. A chap started the gel and cut my nails so short I asked what he was doing as wanted them tipped, he then couldn't do the tip style, he went around the end Of nail instead of adding the french tip I said I don't like it that way and shown him a again, 4 Times he tried and just couldn't do it people in the shop was helping him showing him, people getting involved, another lady tried but the nail was so short the tip looked awful, was very thick and looked awful, I was so annoyed by this point I was made to feel absolutely ridiculous ,I ended up giving in and had a full colour instead because either that or leave bare toes. I was made to feel I'm the problem, they blamed my nail at one point, nothing wrong with nails, clean flat and good health. All gossiping about me , I then refused to pay the full price , she had the cheek to ask me for £33 I said for what ?! You couldn't even do a very easy popular French tip I've been here 2 hours and made to feel ridiculous because you can't paint nails how you agreed to do them. I've wasted time and been made to feel awkward as hell. They rang the boss and I could hear him on loud speaker shouting about what I paid/ Intimidation tactics. I didn't back down I paid £25 For the foot treatment. Theyr are lucky I didn't walk out and not pay anything. Disgusting service, and I used mai for years before I know them and they know me. Won't ever return: I kindly Told them French tip is a very popular design and it's poor to have posters of them Around the shop yet can't do them. I said thank you and left. I've been fuming about it all day.

   Not welcoming , unprofessional and I asked for pink French tip with glitter but got French tip and within a few days the gel was ripping off like paint and they were very uneven on the sides and from the front.

   Watch out for this scammer. She buys and pays with a card and after a week asks for a refund from the Bank. Which blocks the account.

   Staff are friendly. Been here 4 times now, nails have been lovely everytime and gel polish lasts well between visits, no chipping. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because their plastic screens that are directly infront of your face have the same stains on from months ago. So I'm assuming they are not cleaned, literally looks like they have dried up cough/sneeze residue on which makes me uncomfortable.

   Lovely staff, this was my second visit and I have had the same lady on both visits to the salon, I will definitely be back! I had my previous acrylics removed and had a new set, I wasn't sure what I wanted this time and the lady made a couple of reccomendations, I ended up going for a beautiful ombre of light pink and violet and then a lovely glitter on my ring fingers, fast, efficient, friendly and left a very happy customer! The salon is lovely and very relaxed too! 5 stars all round!

   I visit this place regularly for a pedicure. Uts only really to have toe nails cut but they do a brilliant job each time. Friendly and good people. They have been at it a long time so must be doing something right. Nail bars are always busy too with regular customers.
