I have always had a great experience at Salon The Look. The salon is consistently clean and welcoming, and all the beauty therapists are friendly, professional, and attentive. However, I come to this salon specifically for the therapist Balbir—she is absolutely amazing. I only trust her with my eyebrows and wouldn’t go to anyone else. Balbir completely transformed my eyebrow shape, taking the time to carefully shape my brows to perfectly suit my face. She is highly skilled, gentle, and truly knowledgeable in her craft. She always makes you feel comfortable throughout the appointment and adds a personal touch by offering helpful advice on beauty upkeep. Salon The Look is an award-winning salon. I am very happy about their achievement. They won Englands Best Beauty Salon award. I have been a client at SALON THE LOOK since it opened, I have always found staff to be very professional and polite. Staff is very talented at waxing, especially in NOSE and Brow waxing and never causes any pain and is very efficient, never leaving any ‘stray hairs’. 10/10
MD is lovely. She always threads my eyebrows exactly how I like them. She is very friendly and gentle. I get my blackheads on my nose done here, as well as my upper lip waxed. Overall I always leave satisfied. Efficiency service. I have also had a upper back massage and I was treated with great care.
I normally always use this place (when I can as I work 9-5) I feel like my last service was very rushed. I feel like normally they pay very close attention to my eyebrows as they are very thin. My last threading was by someone who doesn't normally do my eyebrows, it felt very rushed, she finished and walked off. I was never asked if I liked what she did, and to be honest I didn't, not only did she not speak to me and conversate over me during the whole service, I was not offered any skin care. She just walked away and stood at the cashier. :/ This was really disappointing as I took time off work ( to work back in my free time) and this was for a hen do
Booked a hollywood wax and was a tad nervous as it was my first time getting it professionally done - but Pooja made me feel so relaxed and not at all uncomfortable. Through the entire waxing she was very chatty and knew how to distract me from the pain. 10/10 recommend, excellent price as well. Pooja also threaded my eyebrows for the first time and they turned out lovely. Will definitely be coming back! xx
Wonderful salon! The staff are really friendly and try their best to accommodate during walk ins even when they are quite busy. Would definitely recommend the salon, they take great care in their work and the prices are very reasonable!
Always a pleasure visiting the lovely ladies at Salon The Look Nottingham. I had eyebrow threading, my bikini wax, manicure and pedicure there. Can't fault this salon. This is the only beauty salon in the Victoria shopping centre. Great location.
