   I booked full leg, underarm and Hollywood waxing with Hayley. Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend the service and I regret not reading the reviews (just checking the overall score) prior to booking as I can echo everything that was said before about Hayley and the service she is providing. It wasn’t my first waxing experience but first one in the Regent Beauty. It was by far the most unpleasant and I will not be coming back. There is no air conditioning inside therefore made it very sweaty and unpleasant experience in the hot weather. Under both armpits I have very sore and irritated skin even a week after and that’s the first time it happened. The cleanliness of the place also wasn’t satisfactory.

   I booked for Hollywood wax with Hayley and as soon as I was done I got extremely irritated and felt very painful I though the pain would disappear after a day, but the pain continued after 3 days still. I have never got irritated before or felt pain after however I though I was the only one that felt like that, but a friend that I have recommended the clinic for went there for the first time as she never had wax before and she got booked with Hayley as well she was not happy at all as she got Irritated as well and said that Hayley worked with a lazy attitude and was not really interested that much to do it as she did not finished the work as she should I think it’s because it’s was my friend first time doing wax so she would not understand what’s wrong and what’s not. However I had wax with Amelia before and got no problems with her she was very careful and done the job well.

   First time trying body wax and I said I will never go again because of my experience at this place. I asked for sugar wax, and they didn’t want to do it, instead normal waxing with bands was used. The lady asked if it was my first time and she took advantage as I left half done. No gloves used. Under arms not done-only tried once- Legs were the only part done Bikini not done ‘hairs not long enough’ but she didn’t want to try and still went on to charge me the full £66. I was extremely uncomfortable and not satisfied at all! Very unprofessional, seemed she just cared to get her payment.

   I recently had some skin treatment done with Regent beauty and I was really paranoid at coming to a salon and all the staff were so lovely and comforting I have been back a few times with an excellent friendly service that is second to non. My skin has cleared so much and I can't thank the ladies enough.x

   I always have nothing but great experiences at regent beauty. Hayley is brilliant at what she does and customer service is always the main priority. I feel really comfortable around both girls & would recommend here to everyone! I have been coming here for years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else, I certainly wouldn’t trust anybody else near my eyebrows!! You can tell Hayley has worked very hard to get to where she is today and puts her all into her business. She’s the best!

   I had nail extensions done at the salon a few days ago. I felt hopeful as there are so many good reviews on Google and it is slightly more expensive than a lot of places in Nottingham. Unfortunately, I didn't have a great experience. I have been having extensions for several years in different salons and 9/10 times the technician has soaked my nails before pushing them back to prevent damage to the nail bed. At Regent Beauty, the technician pushed them back dry (and quite aggressively) which was not only painful but led to inflammed nail beds. She also cut me several times whilst trimming my cuticles. She did apologise for this. In addition to this, the top coat wasn't wiped properly and this led to a scuffed finish. It is now 3 days since I had my nails done and three of them are lifting and I have lost one all together (a problem I have not had before). I have contacted the salon and they have replied. Unfortunately, I was told that I wouldn't be getting a refund unless I had them soaked off at their salon (something I am reluctant to do due to the damage to the nail bed and skin surrounding the nail). I have an appointment elsewhere to have them removed but, as shown in the picture, they are already coming off by themselves. Luckily, the inflammation has now subsided but ultimately I didn't find the experience matched what I expected for £40 and I found I even less pleased with the response to my concerns after the appointment. I have completed sympathy for things not going according to plan but it is not acceptable to take someone's money and not provide the service they have paid for. I would not recommend Regent Beauty for nail extensions.

   Such a lovely salon and very nice staff! I had Amelia for my wax and she was very professional and friendly. The wax they use is very gentle and better than other salons I’ve been to in Nottingham! Would definitely recommend!!
